What impressed us even more was his outstanding customer service—he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, and such great communication. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the roof itself, but his attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. I was very impressed with his work ethics and commitment to perfection. Mr Payne was at the job site on daily bases at least once a day, supervising managing and directing his employees even though there were two foremen daily. Advanced Roofing performed first class work, their attention to details and knowledge of the construction process was exceptional.
