"I am completely satisfied with the whole installation process. Jason (owner) came out to give a quote on a new system. He talked at length with me about our needs and the options Alamo could provide. While I certainly am not the best judge, he clearly knows what he is talking about. Unlike other companies we talked to, we did not need to follow up multiple times just to get a quote. He gave it to us the very same evening. I was very happy with the quote and accepted the next day. Again, they were very proactive in setting up the install. Once set, Jason even sent texts showing an optional extra step that we had briefly discussed. I had totally forgotten about it, but Jason did not and did it with zero prompting from me. Again, this was not a typical task done for every install. Nor was it an extra billed item. It was just something he knew I would appreciate and he did it. Very much appreciated. Install day went very smoothly. Chris (install manager) was very friendly. I work from home and was pretty busy all day. Next thing I knew, they were done. Very efficient. They cleaned everything up nicely. Zero complaints here. It might be a bit early to say conclusively, but everything seems to work well. Overall, very happy with Alamo and would highly recommend."
