"I was promised to call back from a plumber today about services that were on the bid that I accepted to be performed at my house that were not completed. I also believe I was charged for the services. No one has been in contact with me additionally, when the plumber came he left the lock box with the key to my home completely open for anyone to come up and take the key. So far, I am very displeased with my service and how I have been treated. Update: The owners of this business went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I genuinely think the above was just a one off and you can trust this company with your business."

He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really took pride in doing the job right. Also want to mention Rachel, one of the co-owners, who took my initial call and was so easy to work with. She was flexible with scheduling and really helped us navigate the logistics of having multiple parties involved. This is not your typical PE-owned plumbing shop - it’s a local, owner-run business that actually cares about doing things the right way.
