"We are extremely happy with Copano Pools. We looked at other pool companies before selecting Copano Pool, The price was very reasonable. The crew that installed the pool was very punctual and cleaned up very nicely. I have already recommended Copano Pools to several people at work."

"100% Exceeded expectations! We started our journey to pool ownership with a visit to our home from Copano Pools for a site evaluation by Rod. After CLEARLY Expaining the process and timeline, we sat down and decided on our pool design. Rod was super helpful and answered all our questions. What stood out to me the most is how clearly the expectations and limitations were explained…no false promises! Once the agreement was made we moved to finance and used Copono’s preferred lender. After MUCH research we found that the rate and term from Copano’s preferred lender was not only the best in the industry (we are a well established 850 fico score) but our long term banker could not get close to the rate or term. We learned that usually the timeframe from agreement to construction start is 5-6 weeks, and Rod and his team started construction 4 weeks and 5 days from the time we signed contracts. Day one of construction Rod and his uniformed crew shows up and went straight to work. The level of professionalism and craftsmanship was outstanding! After 9 days of construction we were swimming in our very own back yard oasis. The thought of having a crew on your property while not at home could be unnerving, but Copano’s crew are the definition of professionalism! Javier, Sergio, and Francisco are tru masters of the “pool craft” and did an amazing job. Through the whole process the communication was clear and concise. The quality of materials exceeded our expectations. The jobsite was clean and organized. Construction standards were exceeded. Every question was answered. Follow up communication AFTER the project completion has been AMAZING! We are 100% satisfied with EVERY aspect of our AMAZING journey to pool ownership and are so glad that Copano Pools was there to help us bring our dream to reality."
