Greater Houston Flooring

"GHF was an ideal contractor through and through. I sought three quotes, and Adam with GHF was the only one who actually came to my house to see things for himself, talk me through the process, and answer all of my random questions. Rather than the ballpark quotes I got from the other two companies, Adam gave me a fairly precise quote based on his ground truthing. Everything about this job was straightforward, which is exactly what I needed. No alarms, no surprises. When the work began, Giovanni and his crew were punctual, diligent, and very friendly. They finished the job ahead of schedule, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. From my perspective, GHF doesn't have such a high rating because they chase five-star reviews. Their rating here is deserved because they deliver a top-tier experience."

"We were extremely happy with our experience with GHF. Adam was very helpful throughout the process. This included flooring selection, scheduling and installation with skilled and respectful crews, and helping us communicate effectively with our insurance company to ensure the right technical details were communicated so we settled our claim properly. We would highly recommend this business."

"We had an amazing experience using Greater Houston Flooring to replace our wood floors throughout our home. Adam worked with us to find a high quality engineered wood that matched our aesthetic and budget. His team was extremely professional during the installation. They worked hard to get the project done on time, but paid extreme attention to detail at the same time so the work didn’t feel rushed or sloppy. They cleaned up after themselves and never left our property messy at the end of the day. On top of it all, they noticed a scratch throughout a few floorboards (not caused by them), and were very upfront and honest about it. I may have not noticed that for months or years, but they brought it to my attention. They redid that section the next day and all looks better than I could have imagined! Overall, we were impressed from beginning to end and we would recommend this company to anyone looking for new wood floors."
