"Nick's has always provided excellent service, but entrusting them with the installation of an entire new A/C unit revealed how they, and particularly their service rep Dylan, go the extra mile with their loyal customers. My wife and I have subscribed to Nick's service plan, which has them visiting a couple times a year to check on things and diagnose problems without any charge. I highly recommend it. When our unit had a freon leak, they professionally replaced the entire thing the very next day. Though there were some kinks to work out after that, Dylan personally visited to take care of them within an hour after I reached out to him. For high-quality, white-glove service at a fair price, I can't recommend Nick's highly enough."
