Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of Houston, TX

"Recently my wife and myself decided to replace two front windows of our house. We had three casement installed on our back patio and enjoyed the views and draft they created. We contacted the company who installed patio windows and thought their estimate was excessive. We saw the advertisements from Pella Windows and scheduled a visit. Project coordinator Nicolette was very friendly and knowledgeable in answering my questions. She scheduled a visit by Sales Rep Fernando. We talked about what I wanted and he explained the installation and price. I was very impressed all my questions that were answered by Fernando. Was most impressed by price, which I agreed was very reasonable. Within few days Pella Installer Francisco arrived and took measurements and explained manufacturing windows and installation. Within a short time, Francisco arrived and completed installation to my satisfaction. I was most impressed with the entire process with Pella. Excellent employee interaction, product selection, installation and especially the price. The views and ventilation are great. I highly recommend Pella Windows for your window needs."

"Pella did it again! They installed my back door in the past and just recently my front door. Raul and team, did a great job ensuring my front door was installed properly. They were warm, courteous, and their customer service was excellent. Raul even followed up and came by to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. I am super impressed by the level of service and I highly recommend Pella for your doors. Even the price was in my budget, they worked with me to get it done. My home looks even better with a new door! Thank you, Pella! Special shout out to Raul and Fernando! Well done!"

"I recently had 7 windows in my home replaced by Pella, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Fernando, my sales rep, was knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy—just honest and professional. He was upfront about pricing and financing options. Pella offers 24 months 0% interest that I happily applied for - if you go this route, just make sure to pay it off in the 24 months or you'll pay allllll the interest. Dolores handled all the scheduling, and communication throughout the process was absolutely excellent. Every step was clearly explained, and we were kept in the loop the entire time. From signing the agreement to installation day, everything took about six weeks—right on schedule. On the day of installation, Gerardo and his crew arrived on time and had all 7 windows installed in under 4 hours! They laid down floor protection, worked efficiently and quietly, were kind and courteous, and left absolutely no mess behind. They even hauled away all the old materials. Pella delivered not just high-quality windows, but an exceptional customer experience. I highly recommend them to anyone considering new windows. I'll be using them to replace the rest of my windows in the future. Thank you to the whole team!"
