"We met with a lot of pool companies before PPAS and Cody made the difference. He took the time to answer all my questions and made himself available for all follow-up correspondence. Transparent, and never pushy—He took the time to understand what we wanted and made great recommendations. Project management was perfect. Rush did a great job of explaining the steps, communicating, timelines were met, and every detail was handled professionally. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the entire process felt smooth and stress-free. The final result exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a pool company that delivers quality work, responsive customer service, and solid project coordination, this is the team to hire. Great experience."

"I had such a great experience with Premier Pools & Spas, and I can’t say enough great things about Bobbi and Cody. Bobbi was incredible—friendly, professional, and always on top of everything. Her follow-through and communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She made sure I was connected with the right people quickly, and I always felt taken care of. Cody went above and beyond. It honestly felt like he was working 12-hour days to make sure I had everything I needed. He used my home and land survey to create a detailed digital rendering of my backyard, which was extremely important since I have a smaller yard and was planning a smaller pool. Being able to see exactly how everything would look before construction gave me so much confidence. Their design process, timeline, and professionalism were impressive from start to finish. Their past work is beautiful, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. They also work with outstanding vendors, including landscaping and advanced pool automation and control specialists, which makes the entire experience seamless. What stood out most was how kind, patient, and genuinely invested they were in helping me. I never felt like just another customer—they truly cared about getting it right. If you’re considering building a pool, I highly recommend Premier Pools & Spas!"
