Richard's Total Backyard Solutions

"We had an excellent experience working with Emily Quintanilla at Richard's Total Backyard Solutions. From start to finish, her customer service was outstanding. She communicated clearly, followed up quickly, and went above and beyond to locate the necessary parts in a timely manner. Emily made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and it’s customer service like this that makes us confident in continuing to use Richard's for our backyard needs. Truly top-notch—thank you, Emily!"

"We recently built our pool and outdoor kitchen with Richards Total Backyard. The process was smooth from start to finish and we could not recommend them enough. Jonathan's design turned out even better in real life and Bray was a great project manager. They were both so helpful and responded quickly to any questions."

"I explored three different builders/quotes and ultimately went with Richard’s for a small pool in my very small Heights yard. Leslie with the design team was a gem and designed exactly what I had envisioned, but even better! Jacob was the project manager and he was a pleasure to work with - would recommend him for any first time pool owner like myself! Kyle taught me everything I needed to know about the pump system and maintenance - he has remained on speed dial since then and has been so incredibly gracious and kind through a million questions. We had a few hiccups along the way (as is typical with any type of construction) and Jacob and the manager Stacy were quick to resolve issues and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the final product. Overall I am thrilled with how everything came out and would use them again in a heartbeat."
