"Shepherd did great work! They replaced 6 commercial doors for our Grand Prairie Campus. From the beginning they were very communicative and very accommodating. Since we are limited with campus availability (operating hours and weather closures) they worked around our schedule to get things done in a timely manner. Although we had a similar quote for the work, their commitment to the “customer experience” was what made us comfortable in choosing them over others. David was descriptive regarding the scope of work and presented various options, materials, and hardware so that we were familiar with functionality and performance beforehand. He walked through the labor and demo process for each door so we were aware of potential impacts to operation.
