"The Coolest gave us a great experience. The initial assessment was quick and the techs were informative, but refreshingly weren’t pushy salesmen. Over the next 3 weeks while I got quotes with other groups, they only reached out one time to give me a walk through of the quotes. When I came back to the Coolest team (Reece), to compare a competing bid and they quickly worked with me to get a comparable unit that they offer. The install itself was exactly what you’d want - uneventful. Rigo and Caleb showed up on time, got the full installation completed, configured, and cleaned up before the kids made it home from school. They were very professional and walked me through the new technology so that I can maintain and use it all effectively. So grateful we found the Coolest. Would recommend them to anyone."
