The Window Experts

"This is our second phase of window replacements with The Window Experts, and we could not be more satisfied. I held off on a review to see how our first phase would hold up. We had our upstairs windows replaced in the Fall of 2025 after meeting with Eric who did an excellent job answering all of our questions. We noticed this winter, 2026, that our house stayed warmer than in previous winters so we decided to proceed with our second phase of replacements of Anlin brand windows. We have to commend Daniel and his crew on their install. Daniel is a great asset to the company. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. During both installs he went above and beyond for us. During our first install, he trimmed a couple of tree branches at our request, and during our second install he repainted the trim on our front door because he noticed it was faded and scuffed. I was not able to get all of the crew members names. They were all very polite and were very careful in prepping our home and protecting it from damage, and we are very grateful to them. They were scheduled to arrive at 8:00 am, but arrived at 7:40 am and were done by 2:00 pm the same day. They cleaned and vacuumed the areas they had worked on upon project completion. It is obvious that they take pride in their work. As you can see from the before and after pics, our windows were very cloudy and not energy efficient. Our new windows give our home an updated, modern look, and they are so clear making the interior seem so much brighter. We look forward to the next phase of our window replacements with The Window Experts!"

"We had eighteen windows installed 11/13/25 and we could not be happier with the sales staff, the support staff and the installation crew. I had been watching videos that the Window Experts put on YouTube and was so happy to find that they were in the DFW area. They were quick to respond to our request. Kyle was our initial contact and came to our house in August. He answered all of our questions and put absolutely no pressure on us to purchase the same day. Stacy and Shannon kept in constant contact providing updates on the status of our windows. The Installation crew was EXCELLENT. They were polite, efficient and very professional. The installation went smoothly and they did an excellent job trimming out the windows that were not in brick. If you watch Mr. Ludy's videos, you will get an accurate picture of how the Window Experts do business. We were also happy with the price of our beautiful Anlin Del Mar windows. Over all, as Mr. Ludy promises, it was a wonderful and easy home improvement project."

"Window Experts did an excellent job with our window installation. Eric was knowledgeable and professional with helping advise us on the selection of windows at the beginning of the process. The office kept me updated on timeline as the windows were being prepared. The crew led by Josh did a great job putting them in and cleaning up aftwards. The windows look amazing and we can already feel a difference with the heat retention inside the house. I interviewed at least 5 other companies when researching for a company for my window replacement installation. This company came through with flying colors."
