Zimmermann Air Conditioning & Heating

"We recently had our AC system breakdown on us and Zimmerman was our first and last call. Terry came out to help us with all our needs and he has the best customer service I've ever experienced. He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all the questions we bombarded him with. Terry was highly professional at all times and showed mastery in his craft. Great installation and no issues during or after. I will always recommend Zimmermann for the job to anyone in need."

"Zimmerman AC is top notch! Before a large winter storm and dealing with HVAC issues, Zimmerman was able to come over on short notice, address the issue promptly in a professional manner. Everyone I interacted with from their company from the top down was top tier! If you want to align yourself with a locally owned, and responsive team of experts look no further. I will choose only Zimmerman moving forward for all of my HVAC needs, you should too!"

"After meeting with multiple HVAC companies, my interaction with Terry with Zimmerman stands out as best in class. First, Terry confirmed and remained in communication up to his arrival time. He set expectations of what he would be covering and the purpose of our meeting. Next he answered my questions in seeking a more in depth understanding of the differences amongst units, seer ratings, warranty, cost, maintenance checks. Terry never flustered, stood behind the product, support and quality of installation services offered by Zimmerman and did this without using pushy sales tactics. Rather, he relied on tried and true product experience, a desire to meet me where I am along with an abundance of education and confidence (not to be confused with arrogance)Thank you Terry for your time, professionalism and equipping me with the information needed to make an informed decision."
